Born and raised in Peru and now based in Barcelona, Diego Silva is the creative force behind RE-SET Studios. His journey through food and hospitality has taken him across the Mediterranean, South Africa, and Central America, where he has built farms, restaurants, and lasting relationships with the people who make each place special.

For us, hospitality is about more than food. It is about people, place, and the feeling created around a table. Our close connections with farmers, fishermen, winemakers, ceramicists, chefs, and local producers have shaped a philosophy rooted in simplicity, craftsmanship, seasonality, and respect for the land.
